What we collect
We only store essential identity data: Email, Display Name, Profile Picture URL, and login timestamps.
How it's shared
Your identity is shared internally with JambaGrad, Teams, and Classrooms to provide a seamless SSO experience.
1. Data Minimization
The Jambavanta Auth Service follows a strict "Identity-Only" policy. We do not track your activity within sub-products. We only manage the gateway that verifies you are who you say you are.
2. Institutional Data
When you join a "Classroom" or "Society," the administrators of that institution can see your Display Name and Email. They cannot access your private account settings or passwords.
Security Standards
We utilize industry-standard encryption for persistent data (MongoDB) and isolated memory for active sessions (Redis). Your sensitive credentials never leave our secure infrastructure.
3. Your Rights
You have the right to export your identity data or request account deletion at any time. Deleting your Jambavanta ID will revoke access to JambaGrad, Teams, and all associated platform tools.
